Description

This Honey Garlic Shrimp Sausage and Broccoli is a quick, one-pan meal that’s packed with sweet, savory, and smoky flavors! Juicy shrimp, crispy sausage, and tender broccoli are tossed in a sticky honey garlic sauce, making it a perfect weeknight dinner.

For the Main Ingredients:

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 8 oz smoked sausage, sliced into rounds
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for spice)

For the Honey Garlic Sauce:

  • ¼ cup honey
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce (optional, for depth of flavor)
  • 1 tsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (for thickening)

 


Instructions

  • Prepare Ingredients: Slice the sausage, clean the shrimp, chop the broccoli, and mince the garlic.
  • Cook the Sausage: Heat oil in a skillet and sauté the sausage until golden and crispy. Remove and set aside.
  • Cook the Shrimp: Add shrimp to the same pan and cook until opaque and pink. Remove and set aside.
  • Sauté Broccoli & Garlic: Cook the broccoli until tender-crisp, then add garlic and stir for 30 seconds.
  • Add the Sauce & Combine Everything: Stir in the honey garlic sauce, let simmer, then toss everything together.
  • Serve & Enjoy: Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve over rice or noodles!
