Description

These No-Bake Mini Banana Cream Pies are the perfect easy dessert, featuring a buttery graham cracker crust, banana pudding filling, and fresh whipped cream—all without an oven!


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 (3.4 oz) package instant banana pudding mix
  • 1 ½ cups cold milk
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Prepare Crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, butter, and sugar. Press into mini tart pans or muffin liners. Chill for 10-15 minutes.
  • Make Banana Filling: Whisk banana pudding mix and milk until thickened. Add banana slices over the crusts, then fill with pudding.
  • Whip Cream & Assemble: Beat heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff. Pipe over pies.
  • Garnish & Serve: Top with banana slices and crushed graham crackers. Chill for 1 hour before serving.
