  • 1.5 lbs ground beef Use fresh ground beef for best flavor.
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder Can substitute with fresh minced garlic.
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder Can substitute with fresh minced onion.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well-blended.
  3. Shape the beef mixture into patties (about 3-4 inches wide).
  4. Arrange the patties in a baking dish.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until they’re cooked through.
  2. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Store cooked patties in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. They can also be frozen for up to three months. Allow the patties to rest after baking to retain juiciness.
