Ingredients
  

For the tenders
  • 1 lb chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs Can substitute with panko for extra crunch
  • 1/2 cup flour Can use whole wheat for a healthier option
  • 2 large eggs Beaten
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste salt
  • Pepper to taste pepper
  • as needed cooking spray or olive oil For crispness

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare your breading station: set out one bowl with flour, another with beaten eggs, and a third for breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Coating Chicken
  1. Take one chicken strip and coat it first in the flour, then dip it in the egg, and finish by coating it with the seasoned breadcrumbs.
  2. Arrange the coated chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Baking
  1. Lightly spray the tenders with cooking spray or brush them with olive oil for that extra crispness.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they’re golden brown and fully cooked.
  3. Serve them hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Leftover baked chicken tenders can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in a hot oven (around 350°F) for about 10-15 minutes for best results.
