  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
For the chicken
  • 4 pieces chicken breasts Ensure they are thawed if frozen.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For searing the chicken.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped broccoli, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully incorporated.
  3. Carefully slice a pocket into each chicken breast, ensuring not to cut through entirely.
  4. Stuff each chicken breast with the broccoli and cheese mixture, filling generously.
Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear stuffed chicken breasts on both sides until golden brown.
  2. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  3. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
