Preparation
  1. In your crockpot, combine the diced potatoes, chopped onion, minced garlic, and sliced sausage.
  2. Pour in the chicken broth, stirring to mix everything well.
Cooking
  1. Set your crockpot to low and cook for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the potatoes are tender.
  2. About 30 minutes before you’re ready to eat, stir in the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper to suit your taste.

Notes
