  • 200 g ramen noodles Can substitute with udon or rice noodles
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream Can substitute with coconut milk for vegan option
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Key ingredient for flavor
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce Ensure gluten-free if needed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • for garnish Green onions

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the pot.
  3. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove the chicken from the pot and slice it.
Cooking
  1. In the same pot, sauté the minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  2. Pour in the chicken broth and bring it to a gentle simmer.
  3. Add the ramen noodles, broccoli, and carrots, cooking according to the noodle package instructions.
  4. When the noodles are ready, stir in the heavy cream and soy sauce. Adjust the seasoning to taste.
Serving
  1. Serve the ramen in bowls, topped with sliced chicken and garnished with fresh green onions.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For meal prep, store the broth, noodles, and toppings separately to maintain texture. You can easily substitute chicken with tofu or different veggies based on seasonal availability.
