Preparation
- Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Place the chicken breasts in the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until they turn golden brown and are fully cooked. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Slowly stir in the heavy cream, followed by the Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Cook until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens slightly.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and coat it well with the creamy sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with freshly chopped parsley.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Freeze before adding the creamy sauce for up to 3 months.
