Method
 

Cooking Gnocchi
  1. Cook the gnocchi according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Preparing the Sauce
  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Toss in the fresh spinach and cook until it wilts, stirring occasionally.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring the mixture to a simmer.
Combining Ingredients
  1. Gently fold the cooked gnocchi into the skillet, ensuring they are well coated with the creamy sauce.
  2. Stir in the crumbled feta cheese, and season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.
