  • 1 cup heavy cream or Greek yogurt Greek yogurt adds extra protein.
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella) For creamy richness.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Infuses flavor.
  • Salt and pepper to taste To season the beef.
  • Olive oil for cooking Used to sauté garlic.

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Incorporate the ground beef into the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until browned.
  4. Lower the heat and stir in the heavy cream (or Greek yogurt) and cheese, mixing until the cheese melts and forms a creamy sauce.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, stirring to coat it evenly in the sauce.
  6. Allow everything to cook together for an additional 2–3 minutes, letting the flavors meld.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

For a spicy kick, add crushed red pepper or jalapeños during cooking. Paired well with garlic bread and a salad.
