Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until you have a smooth mixture.
  3. Fold in the shredded chicken, cauliflower, and broccoli, ensuring everything is well-coated.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch casserole dish.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly on top.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the cheese layer to enhance the flavor.
  7. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until it’s bubbly and the cheese is melted and golden.
