  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese Combine with other cheeses for enhanced flavor.
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For searing the chicken.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Sear the chicken thighs for about 5-7 minutes on each side until they’re golden brown.
Making the Sauce
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Baking

  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the sauce is bubbling.
