  • 8 oz angel hair pasta

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In your Crock Pot, combine the softened cream cheese, Italian dressing mix, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth. Stir until you achieve a smooth mixture.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to this creamy mixture, ensuring they are well-coated.
  3. Cover the Crock Pot and cook on low for about 6-8 hours, or until the chicken is tender and juicy.
  4. About 30 minutes before you're ready to serve, cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions.
  5. Once the chicken is cooked, shred it right in the Crock Pot and stir it back into the creamy sauce.
  6. Serve the shredded chicken mixture over the angel hair pasta.
  7. Season with salt and pepper, and garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.

Notes
