  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup beer (optional for flavor)
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder

Preparation
  1. Layer the chicken: Place your chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Add veggies: Pour in the white beans, corn, diced onion, minced garlic, and diced green chiles.
  3. Incorporate broth: Add the chicken broth and optional beer for depth of flavor.
  4. Season it: Generously sprinkle cumin, chili powder, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Mix it well: Stir all ingredients to combine thoroughly.
Cooking
  1. Cook it up: Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.

Notes
