  • 2 cups egg noodles Can experiment with other pasta shapes.
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Add the chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, heavy cream, sliced carrots, chopped celery, chopped onion, and garlic powder. Season generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Cover and set your crockpot to cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is cooked through.
  4. About 30 minutes before serving, shred the cooked chicken and return it to the crockpot. Add the egg noodles and mix well.
  5. Continue cooking until the noodles are tender.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy the creamy goodness!

Notes

For a richer flavor, try using homemade chicken broth instead of canned. To store leftovers, allow the soup to cool completely and transfer to airtight containers. It can be stored in the fridge for up to three days or frozen for up to three months.
