  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cups chicken broth Make sure it's gluten-free if necessary.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • to taste salt Adjust based on broth saltiness.
  • to taste pepper

Method

Preparation
  1. In your crockpot, start by placing the sliced kielbasa at the bottom.
  2. Follow with the fresh green beans and halved baby potatoes.
  3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth evenly over the ingredients.
  5. Season with salt and pepper according to your preference.
  6. Give everything a gentle stir to mix it all together.
  7. Cover the crockpot, set it to low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, and let it cook until the veggies are tender.

Notes

Browning the kielbasa in a skillet before adding it to the crockpot can enhance its flavor. Feel free to experiment with additional spices like smoked paprika or cayenne pepper.
