  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce Gluten-free options available.
  • 2 tablespoons honey Can substitute with maple syrup for a different flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 2 cups broccoli florets (optional) You can also add bell peppers or snap peas.
  • cooked rice or noodles for serving Use gluten-free versions if needed.

Preparation
  1. Begin by placing the chicken in the crockpot.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine your teriyaki sauce, honey, minced garlic, and minced ginger. Mix well.
  3. Pour this mixture over the chicken, making sure it's evenly coated.
  4. If you like, add broccoli florets on top for extra nutrition and color.
  5. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Once finished, serve the chicken over a bed of warm, fluffy rice or noodles.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider marinating the chicken in the sauce for a few hours before cooking. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for about 3-4 days.
