  • 1 cup carrots, chopped Feel free to substitute with other veggies.
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 cup potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup green beans, trimmed and cut
  • 1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Combine all ingredients in the crockpot.
  2. Stir well to ensure that everything is mixed properly.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours until the beef is tender and the vegetables are cooked through.
  4. Adjust seasonings with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
