  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley, optional, for garnish
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Preparation
  1. Begin by tossing your chicken, potatoes, and carrots directly into the slow cooker.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and chicken broth.
  3. Pour this garlic butter mixture over the chicken and veggies in the crockpot. Gently stir to ensure everything is well-coated.
Cooking
  1. Cover the slow cooker and set it to LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, letting the magic happen.
