Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt with self-rising flour until a smooth dough forms.
  3. Divide the dough into four equal portions and shape each portion into a traditional bagel shape.
  4. Place the shaped bagels on a lined baking sheet.
  5. Brush the tops with a beaten egg and sprinkle your desired toppings on top.
Baking
