Ingredients
  

For the salad
  • 1 lb juicy grilled steak Flank steak, sirloin, or ribeye recommended
  • 1 cup sweet roasted corn Fresh corn grilled until charred
  • 1 cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese Can substitute with feta or goat cheese
  • 4 cups fresh greens Arugula, spinach, or mixed greens
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze Adjust flavor intensity as desired
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the steak with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.
  3. Grill the steak for about 5-7 minutes on each side, depending on your preferred level of doneness.
  4. Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
  5. Roast the corn on the same grill until charred, then carefully cut the kernels off the cob.
Assembly
  1. In a large bowl, combine fresh greens, roasted corn, and crumbled gorgonzola cheese.
  2. Slice the grilled steak thinly and add it to the salad mixture.
  3. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and gently toss to combine all ingredients.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For storage, keep salad components separately for freshness. Leftover grilled steak can be stored tightly wrapped in the refrigerator for up to 3 days; corn and greens for about 2 days. Serve with crusty baguette or other sides to enhance the meal.
