  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, stir together the rolled oats, almond milk, maple syrup, cinnamon, salt, vanilla extract, and baking powder until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the blueberries, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the oatmeal is set.
  2. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm, or store in the fridge for meal prep!

Notes

For a chewier texture, consider using steel-cut oats. To enhance flavor, you can add lemon zest or a scoop of protein powder.
