  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

Cooking the Meat
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground meat with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir constantly until fully cooked (about 8–10 minutes), then drain any excess fat.
Prepare the Base
  1. If using, chop your lettuce or cook your choice of grains or cauliflower rice until fluffy and tender.
Prep Toppings
  1. Slice the cherry tomatoes, pickles, and red onion. Feel free to add any other toppings you enjoy!
Make the Sauce
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, mustard, ketchup, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until it’s smooth.
Assemble Bowls
  1. Layer your base (lettuce or grains) in a bowl, followed by the cooked meat, your choice of toppings, and a generous sprinkle of cheese. Drizzle the sauce over the top.
Optional Finish
  1. For extra protein and flavor, top with a fried egg, bacon, or sliced avocado.
