Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Stir until well mixed.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink.
  4. Pour the honey garlic mixture over the shrimp. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring to coat the shrimp evenly.
  5. Serve immediately with steamed rice or your favorite vegetables.

Notes

Feel free to swap shrimp for chicken or tofu. For extra flavor, garnish with chopped green onions or sesame seeds. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
