  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated fresh ginger is recommended
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, grated ginger, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the bowl, ensuring each piece is coated. Let them marinate for 15-20 minutes for optimal flavor.

  1. In a skillet heated over medium-high, cook the marinated shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and are opaque when cooked through.
