Ingredients
  

Ginger-Turmeric Immunity Shot
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh turmeric (or ½ teaspoon turmeric powder)
  • 1 whole lemon (juiced)
  • 1 teaspoon honey Optional for sweetness
  • 1 pinch black pepper Enhances absorption of turmeric
  • ¼ cup water
Citrus and Berry Smoothie
  • 1 whole orange (peeled and segmented)
  • ½ cup mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries)
  • ½ cup plain yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
  • ½ cup water or orange juice
Green Superfood Drink
  • 1 teaspoon spirulina powder
  • 1 teaspoon wheatgrass powder
  • 1 whole lime (juiced)
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • 1 teaspoon honey or agave syrup (optional)
Apple Cider Vinegar Detox Shot
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger juice
  • 1 whole lemon (juiced)
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ¼ cup water
Carrot and Ginger Immunity Smoothie
  • 2 medium carrots (peeled and chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 whole orange (juiced)
  • ½ cup plain yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)
  • ½ cup water or coconut milk

Method
 

Preparation and Blending
  1. For each recipe, gather all the listed ingredients and prepare them as indicated.
  2. Blend ingredients until smooth.
  3. For shots, strain if desired to remove pulp.
  4. Pour into shot glasses or serve in glasses for smoothies.
  5. Store any leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
