Method
 

Preparation
  1. Gather all ingredients together.
  2. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  3. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Cooking the Filling
  1. In a skillet, cook the ground meat until browned.
  2. Stir in taco seasoning and ½ cup water, simmer for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Mix in black beans and corn if desired.
Assembling the Lasagna
  1. Spread a thin layer of enchilada sauce on the bottom of the baking dish.

Baking
