- Stir in the diced tomatoes and tomato sauce. Then, sprinkle in the chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 30-45 minutes. Stir occasionally, allowing the flavors to develop beautifully.
- Serve steaming hot, garnished with shredded cheese and a dollop of sour cream if desired.
