  • 4 cloves garlic, minced freshly minced elevates the dish
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated using fresh Parmesan enhances flavor
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parsley for garnish optional, but adds a fresh touch

Method

Preparation
  1. Start by heating olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Sauté the minced garlic until it becomes fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Be careful not to burn it!
  3. Add the pasta and milk to the pot, ensuring the pasta is completely submerged.
  4. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil. Then, reduce the heat to a simmer.
  5. Stir frequently and cook until the pasta is al dente and the sauce has thickened, about 10-15 minutes.
  6. Once the pasta is cooked, stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until it melts and combines well.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to your taste.
  8. Serve instantly, garnished with parsley if desired.

Notes

Consider serving garnished with fresh parsley and a sprinkle of extra Parmesan. Pair it with garlic bread or a light salad to complement the richness. Store leftovers in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days. Gently reheat on the stove with a splash of milk if needed.
