  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 stalks green onions, chopped for garnish

Cooking
  1. Add the dumplings and cook them until tender, which should take about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Stir in the fresh spinach or bok choy, along with the soy sauce, and cook until the greens are wilted, which should take 2-3 minutes.
  3. Drizzle sesame oil into the mix right before serving to enhance the overall flavor.
  4. Ladle your soup into bowls and garnish with chopped green onions.
