Crust Ingredients
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Filling Ingredients
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened Must be at room temperature for smooth texture.
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt Can substitute with sour cream or dairy-free yogurt.
  • 1/2 cup protein powder Flavor can vary based on brand.
  • 1/3 cup sugar or sweetener of choice For a healthier option, use natural sweeteners.
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries Fresh raspberries preferred for best flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat together the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, protein powder, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Gently fold in the fresh raspberries.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until set.
  7. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.

Notes

To serve, drizzle melted dark chocolate on top, add whipped cream, or top with nuts. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 4-5 days; can freeze for up to 3 months.
