Ingredients
  

Bread Bowls
  • 4 pieces garlic bread bowls Use store-bought or homemade garlic bread bowls.
Pasta
  • 8 oz spaghetti Cook according to package instructions.
Sauce and Vegetables
  • 2 cups pasta sauce Your choice of sauce, such as marinara or Alfredo.
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables Optional, can include bell peppers, zucchini, or spinach.
Cheese and Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Can substitute with mozzarella or cheddar.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For sautéing vegetables.
  • to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and add mixed vegetables. Sauté until tender.
Cooking
  1. Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan along with the pasta sauce. Stir to combine and heat through.
  2. Carefully scoop out some of the insides of the garlic bread bowls to make space for the spaghetti.
  3. Fill each garlic bread bowl with the spaghetti mixture.
  4. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  5. Place the filled bread bowls on a baking sheet and bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until the bread is golden and crispy.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

If you have leftovers, let the bowls cool down and wrap them in plastic wrap or aluminum foil. Store in the fridge for up to 2 days or in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month. Reheat in the oven to make them crispy again. You can prepare the spaghetti mixture ahead of time and fill the garlic bread bowls just before baking.
