  • 2 tablespoons honey Adjust to taste for sweetness.
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil Used for sautéing.
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional) Add for a spicy kick.
  • Chopped green onions (for garnish) Adds freshness.
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish) Adds crunch and flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
Cooking
  1. Add the sliced chicken to the pan and cook until browned and fully cooked through.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce and honey. Pour this mixture over the chicken and sprinkle with red pepper flakes, if desired.
  3. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  4. Toss in the cooked noodles, combining all ingredients until well mixed.
Serving
  1. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
