Ingredients
  

Pan-Seared Chicken
  • 4 pieces thin-sliced chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 whole lemon, juiced

Baked Chicken
  • 4 pieces thin-sliced chicken breasts
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 whole egg, beaten
Grilled Chicken
  • 4 pieces thin-sliced chicken breasts
  • 1 whole orange, juiced
  • 1 whole lemon, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • to taste salt and pepper for seasoning

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Sear each side for 2–3 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds, then pour in the lemon juice.
  5. Let the chicken cook for an additional 1–2 minutes in the sauce.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve with rice or steamed vegetables.
Baking
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a shallow dish, combine Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Dip each chicken breast in the beaten egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Arrange the chicken on the baking sheet and bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Serve with marinara sauce or a side of roasted vegetables.
Grilling
  1. In a bowl, whisk together the citrus juices, olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Marinate the chicken in the mixture for 20–30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  4. Grill the chicken for 2–3 minutes per side until cooked through.
  5. Serve with a side of grilled vegetables or a light salad.

Notes
