  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips Use quality chocolate for better flavor.
  • 3/4 cup white chocolate chips Can be tinted with oil-based food coloring.
  • 1/2 cup pink candy melts If unavailable, use white chocolate with food coloring.
  • Valentine's sprinkles Use festive sprinkles for decoration.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe container, melt your semi-sweet chocolate chips in 20-second bursts, stirring after each interval until smooth.
  3. Pour the melted semi-sweet chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and use a spatula to spread it out evenly.
  4. Melt the white chocolate chips and pink candy melts following the same melting method until both are smooth.
  5. Pour the blended chocolate onto the baking sheet over the semi-sweet layer and spread it evenly.
  6. Using a butter knife, gently swirl the two chocolates together to create a marbled effect.
  7. Top the mixture with your Valentine’s Day sprinkles.
  8. Place the baking sheet in the fridge and allow it to chill for about 45 minutes or until set.
  9. Once the chocolate bark has set, break it into chunks of your desired size and enjoy!

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two weeks. Avoid exposure to moisture to keep it from becoming sticky.
